The Fitness Center |
The Fitness Center's facilities and classes
offer a great way to exercise, build strength,
unwind and have fun. We invite students,
faculty, staff, and alumni to become members
of the fitness center. Family of students,
faculty, staff and alumni are also welcome
to join the fitness center.
We offer a full line of
cardio equipment as well as Cybex weight
training equipment. We have a wide variety
of free-weights, cable crossover machine
and a Parabody Smith machine. Locker room
with showers and temporary lockers are available
for use during workouts.
Our philosophy is guided by Health and Wellness Promotion, in order to improve the campus community with regards to understanding each other, attitudes, and conduct. The Fitness Center promises to promote fullness of life and the understanding of all members with in the facility. All members can benefit from the different programs offered including students (part/full time), faculty, staff, alumni, ESL (English as a Second Language) and family of the above mentioned (18 or over).
